I don't really think they offer these very often. My guess would be that they send some codes to people on their mailer or that have already used them in the past.
As far as travel agent codes, I really doubt these are avaialable. Travel agencies usually don't use these sites. I think that the prices you see are going to be about as low as these sites will offer.
Just one word of advice, a travel agent may be less than these sites. Depending on where you want to go, these sites don't always save you money and in some cases can be more expensive than using a travel agent.
