What is the TTY number for Orbitz (orbitz.com) travel service?

I booked a flight with Orbitz and they keep saying that there's been a change to my itinerary and that I must call them to schedule a new itinerary that I agree with.

However, I can't get the number they gave me 1-800-323-5717 to work for TTY.

I contacted customer service online with the question "What is the TTY number".

Here is what I found on their site:

"If you require immediate assistance, please call us at 1-888-656-4546, or 001-312-416-0018 from outside of the US. The estimated wait time to speak to an OrbitzTLC Representative is approximately 14 minutes.

Our Customer Service Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Contact them through that 1-888 number, or get someone to do it for you, to get the TTY number.
