Know where to find good travel deals?

I would like to find some good travel deals for cruises, the Atlantis hotel, Los Angeles, NYC, and Vegas and some cheap flight deals. Please say something other than expedia, orbitz, etc. I don't find many good deals on there. How do I find a travel agency in my area.
