Is there a travel company that only excepts credit cards?

My friends want to reserve a a room but the asked to use my credit card and will pay me back to book a room. She explain there a place like orbitz or something that only exepts credit cards and not even debit card with the credit card logo?

Every travel company I know takes credit cards only. That was the reason we got our very first credit card. You need them to book reservations. I don't know about Orbitz, but then I don't use debit cards either.

I would think twice before sharing my credit card on a promise of being paid back.

It sounds like you don't believe that your friend is telling you the truth about this site not accepting credit cards.

If you don't trust her about even that, then you're probably right not to want to use your credit card for her benefit. Tell her to give you the money up front and then you'll book the room for her.

(By the way, I've booked flights and trips on both Orbitz and Travelocity using my debit card, which has a Visa logo, so I know it's not either of those services she's talking about.)
