Orbitz...Good or not?

I found a good travel deal on Orbitz.com. Is that a good site? I read some bad stuff about it on here. Should I book my vacation with them??

Did you have a good experience using them? Did you rent a car with them? was it hassle free?

go on kayak.com i used them to buy all my plane tickets they have been always the cheapest for me and the price they show online at the search is the actual price tax's and all the other crap included :D
