What other options are there to look for cheap travel?

Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz are all still expensive.

Try package deals. Sometimes the airlines offer cheap packages and sales. Also try sites such as vacationstogo.com, dunhillvacations.com, budgettravel.com.

Hi,

I am not going to tell you the name of an agency, I am gonna tell you what I've done. Once I traveled to mexico and I did this:

I looked for a cheap air ticket directly on the Delta, Continental, Alaska or Mexicana site. I chose a destination like Puerto Vallarta. I looked for a hotel, no a fancy one, just a regular.

Honestly mexico is not and never is gonna be as fancy as any destination in the states but by the same price you can be under the sun, eat a lot shrimps and have some fun at a real cheap price.

Hope find what you look for.

if you have room for extra luggage, you can become a courier and the company practically pays for your flight. you could also check websites where they list mistakes thats airlines make when listing prices for flights on their websites. so lets say a airline lists a ticket price at 100 instead of 1000, and you buy the ticket, then its their problem.

I would recommend checking out BookMe.com... You can compare all the major travel websites in 60 seconds, and only search for the ones you want. Keep checking, and eventually you find a GREAT deal! And they only search reputable/reliable sites, so you won't need to worry about anything.
