What do you think is the best online travel service?

Like Orbitz, etc. Travelocity RoYALLY screwed up a trip I took recently, including the trip DaTES and not booking us on a return flight! (I proved to the people on the phone that there was NO way that I could have booked a one-way trip because I booked "flight and hotel" together. There is not a "one-way" trip option when the trip is booked that way.) Their "guarantee" is apparently BS. I have contacted several higher-ups in the company and have gotten no response whatsoever. So, yes, I have tried that option as well.

I used travelocity, and it worked great! Sorry to hear this happened to you.. Personally, I always go on tours now, and let them do the booking. =) Maybe try Price-Line

Kayak, because it compares the price from hotels.com, orbitz, travelocity, ect and lets you get the best price out of the travel sites.

I actually have my own travel website www.jsgetaway.com and the prices usually beat others. There is also good staff located in OH to take care of any problems. You could give it a try if you would like
