Can someone give me an honest opinion about Breezes resort in DOminican Republic?

Besides that resort, also COUPLES OCHOS RIOS in Jamaica... any advice would help! I am getting conflicting reviews off orbitz and other travel sites

I hear the breezes in punta cana is nice, but the breezes in puerto plata is very dated and has bad customer service. I stayed there in August 2006. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have a detailed review with pics on tripadvisor.com
