Have you ever had a bad experience with a travel website? I did. I will never buy tickets from Orbitz again!!!

They screwd up my reservation and then tell me that I can cancell but they are going to take the service fee. What the hell is wrong with them!!!!

Always, Always, Always purchase tickets directly from the airline. Going through on line discount companies will only cause unnecessary stress. I cannot tell you how many passengers I have spoken to who have has their reservations "lost", connections messed up, and many other problems due to dealing with these companies. It may cost a little more, but in the long run it is worth it.
